Tom Hishon is the founder of my favourite restaurant in town/Auckland - Orphans Kitchen with his buddy Josh Helm. Recently they won the inaugural Metro Magazine 'Food for Good' award for their work in the community and food philosophy among many things. He's also a top bloke, about to open a new bakery - Daily Bread - and devote yogi.
