“Running is nothing more than a series of arguments between the part of your brain that wants to stop and the part that wants to keep going.”
— Unknown

Matt Baxter is professional runner for Norther Arizona Elite. He completed his undergraduate degree at Northern Arizona University where he had the best ever performance by a New Zealand man at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, finishing 2nd place.

It was a pleasure to sit down with Matt after spontaneously meeting him at New Plymouth Airport and enquiring about his strange rollerblade recovery tool. And it’s so great to see a kiwi strutting it on the world stage with such awareness and humility.

Make sure you follow Matt below, run and live in the moment and keep reaching out to the universe, as you never know who you might meet at an airport.

Think less, experience more.
