âMen who have lived significant lives are men who never waited: not for money, security, ease, or women. Feel what you want to give most as a gift, to your woman and to the world, and do what you can to give it today. Every moment waited is a moment wasted, and each wasted moment degrades your clarity of purpose.â - The Way of the Superior Man - David Deida
Divine Masculine launching 1st Jan 2019!
A conscious brotherhood to help you step into your light and fullness of life. To help you transcend the conditioning that big boys donât cry, that manhood is about how much sex and money you have. This is about being bigger than your emotions. This is about not waiting any longer! Not believing in the myth of âone day when everything will be different. This is about doing what you love to do. Doing what you have been waiting to do your whole life. This is about making love to your woman, the world, and the present moment whilst giving your greatest gift!
WHY?
If you were born in a western society, it is very likely that you did not have a strong male role model in your life, and even if you did the majority of us missed a proper initiation into manhood and awareness of what it means to be a MAN. Often our dads were absent or working all day long so we were raised by our moms. They taught us their values and principles and although they meant well, they could not tell us about what it means to be a man.
Subsequently few men are willing to give their deepest genius, their true endowment, the poetry of their very being, with every thrust of sex and life. Most men are limpened with doubts and uncertainties. Or they hold back their true drive because of fear. So they diddle their woman and the world just enough to extract the pleasure and comfort they need to assuage their nagging sense of falsity and incompleteness.
HOW?
Join me and 20 other men who are committed to stepping into discomfort and into our greatest self. 20 men who will give their full, body, mind and heart for the next 3 months. 20 men who will not tolerate mediocrity, who will hold you to a higher standard, who will honour your fears and push you beyond them from a place of love. 20 men who will become your brothers!

I woke up the next day feeling so rejuvenated, free and excited. The lack of decision fatigue, distraction of digital devices and the fact we had some ripe avocados back in season certainly helped.
However for most a phone-free morning is not the norm, 80% of smartphone users check their phones within 15 minutes of waking up. And most teenagers sleep with their phones in their room, next to them or under their pillows and they are losing serious sleep because of the blue light exposure and constant need to check their phone through the nightâŚ
On Tuesday Nov 16th I flew, in a plane, from NZ to LAX on American Average Airlines, although they usually shorten their abbreviation down to AA for marketing purposes.

Momento Mori - "remember that you can die"
I try to remind myself everyday that happiness is the way, Iâm intolerant to dairy despite how appetising almond croissants look, and that I could die at anytime.
It has been a few weeks now since I opened my third eye on a rock during my second day surfing on my first trip to India. Many things have come across my mind during this time, other than that fateful rock.
Â
When the credits rolled Ian and I didnât make like a tree, we made like a rock â kind of stoned. We sat for sometime wondering what we trying to wonder.
I often get asked, âDoug, do I have any spinach in my teeth?â People also ask me, âDoug how do I win at yoga?â
